To ensure our members' safety, we’ve introduced new outdoor classes, check-in procedures, and cleaning and distanced equipment protocols. Our re-imagined gym layout offers members a spacious, clean, and well-considered environment. We are committed to providing a safe space for all people to coexist, workout hard, and grow stronger together.

Welcome Back!

It is without question, this time apart from TRIFIT has been more difficult than we ever imagined. Overnight, we lost two of the things we value most, community and sport. We appreciate not only those of you who stayed on as loyal members, but also all of our new Outdoor members who have joined us during our closure.

Safety First

Since air transmission is a concern, strategies for reduced aerosol transmission include: maximizing delivery of fresh air every 48 hours, increasing outside air delivery during regularly occupied hours, providing indoor air quality that has been filtered to remove particles. We are also mandating face coverings, check-in protocol, distanced equipment, club capacity and a dedicated cleaning staff.

We've adapted with a new Outdoor Fitness options that include unlimited access to our outdoor group fitness classes & exclusive access to our Outdoor X-Training Zone. 

Outdoor Classes

Our full range of outdoor classes include TRX, HIIT, Yoga, Spin, Row, and Sports Performance.  All classes meet outdoors either on the West Tennis Court in the park or on the Landing (the teak deck in front of the food court). Check-in for all classes will take place at the tennis court.

Outdoor X-Training Zone

Outdoor fitness memberships also include exclusive access to all equipment including Free Weights, Kettle Bells, Resistance Bands, Jump Ropes, Tire Flip, Benches + Squat Rack, Rowers, Assualt Bikes, Stationary Bikes, Treadmills, Ellipticals and more.
