In this class, we will focus on basic boxing stances, striking combinations, mitt work, and utilizing punching bags, while improving muscular endurance, balance, heart health, and overall strength and conditioning. Whether you are a veteran in the sport or have never put on a glove in your life, this class will be sure to leave you with a great workout and knowledge of the sport!
