Come join TRIFIT and LA Tri Club for our weekly open-water swims! The workout will be run by certified triathlon coach Moses on a buoyed course, and you can feel safe and secure with both the lifeguards on the beach and our spotter in the water with the group! This workout is open to the public. If you are not a member of TRIFIT, please fill out our Ocean Swim waiver here: https://trifitla.com/join-us/ For your safety, it is recommended that you be able to swim 500 yards nonstop before attending the ocean swim. Wetsuits strongly recommended! Loaner wetsuits are available to borrow on a first come, first serve basis. Please arrive early no later than 6am if you would like to try on and borrow a wetsuit.
