Cancellation Requests - Cancellation requests can be completed online through your MyiClub Member Portal. If you need assistance, please call or email us, and we will provide you with instructions to cancel your membership. All cancellation requests require a 30-day notice.
Freeze Requests - Freeze requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month to Contact@trifitla.com. Confirmation of receipt and processing will be sent via email reply. If no reply is received by month-end, please follow up by phone or email to confirm receipt of your request.

No reservations are needed for the gym. Classes are open drop-in but select classes have class capacities due to space limitations. Tickets for these classes will be available at the front desk 30 minutes before class starts. Check the class descriptions on our class calendar to view class capacities. Classes with no capacity noted are open drop-in.
Reservations for a pool lane, squash court, or tennis court can be made online through your MyiClub Membership Portal. Pool and squash reservations are available up to 7 days in the advance. Tennis reservations open 3 days in advance. The West Court is available for members and the general public for open play, coaching is not permitted. The East Court is reserved for registered tennis pros only.
Underground garage parking is available for up to 3-hours free per visit, with a one-time purchase of a parking card for members. Non-member guests and day pass visitors can have their parking ticket validated at the front desk. Access to the Colorado Center Parking Garage can be found on the south side of the campus off Colorado Ave. near Cloverfield Blvd (2401 Colorado).
You can sign up for a month-to-month membership online or in person at our front desk. Guest visitors will need to register at the front desk and acknowledge a release of liability. On your first visit, please bring a valid photo ID to complete your registration.
If you need to take a break from your membership, you may place your account on freeze at a fee of $25/month in lieu of your regular membership dues, for up to 3 months per calendar year. Freezes start at the top of the month on the 1st, coinciding with our standard bill cycle. Freeze requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month in order to be processed for the following calendar month.
Please direct your freeze request to contact@trifitla.com. Confirmation of receipt and processing will be sent via email reply. If no reply is received by month-end, please follow up by phone or email to confirm receipt of your request.
Memberships are month-to-month with no annual contract. Monthly billing is assessed on the 1st of every month for the upcoming month.
