Our Strength & Conditioning class combines functional strength training with high-intensity intervals to help you develop lean muscle, boost metabolic performance, and improve overall athleticism. Each session is designed to challenge your full body through progressive resistance work, core integration, and dynamic conditioning circuits.
Whether you’re training for sport, fat loss, or overall performance, this class will push you — and keep you coming back stronger. All levels welcome.

Meditation: Inspiration + Digestion
Mondays at 1:30 PM
Take a mindful break in your day with this 40–45 minute guided meditation designed to support digestion and boost post-lunch energy. Set to soothing, rhythmic music, this session will help you reset, refocus, and recharge—body and mind.
Experience the mental and physical benefits of meditation, from reduced stress and anxiety to improved digestion, focus, and overall well-being.

Breathwork: Breathing for Relaxation + Calm
Wednesdays at 4 PM
Wrap up your day with calming 40-45 minutes early evening session of breathwork. This practice incorporates music and atmospherics designed to dial back the tension and anxiety and instill a simple practice of “relaxing on demand.” Breathwork is the practice of intentional breathing to influence physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By consciously controlling your breath, you can learn to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, manage anxiety, and improve your overall health.
