Tennis Courts

Play on our top-notch tennis courts, perfect for casual games or competitive matches. These are public courts, but TRIFIT LA Members have priority access to reserving these courts.

Ocean Swim

May through September every Friday @ 6:30am. Come join TRIFIT LA for our weekly open-water swims! The workout will be run by certified triathlon coach Moses on a buoyed course, and you can feel safe and secure with both the lifeguards on the beach and our spotter in the water with the group!

Run Workout

Whether you’re just a beginner or avid runner, come join Bernard Tuesday mornings for outdoor coached runs. Get introduced to interval running and learn how to build mileage while developing proper run technique. Warmup begins at 7:30 sharp on the road adjacent to the polo field. Any kind of stopwatch is recommended to learn and understand your pacing.
